Welcome, I’m Elizabeth!

I’m a proud wife to my Mister and mom to four amazing (mostly grown) kiddos. Fur-mom to the incomparable Sir Ozzy, and forever in my heart, Piper Rose, my first rescue pup, who crossed the rainbow bridge earlier this year. Piper Rose was the one who opened my heart to the world of rescue, and she’ll always be my inspiration.
When I’m not organizing or cleaning, I’m busy advocating for and fostering at-risk dogs pulled from some of Georgia’s toughest kill shelters. There’s nothing like seeing a dog saved from the euthanasia list, showing them the love they deserve, and finding them a forever home – it’s a passion that truly saves lives.
I’m a bit of an organization enthusiast, though my Mister might say I’m more interested in organizing everyone else’s chaos (he’s mistaken, of course!). In fact, I’ve had a “notable accomplishment” in organization since 1982 – I was 6 years old, so I think that speaks for itself, right?
Beyond organizing, I’m all about list-making, capturing life’s moments through photography, decorating our home, celebrating the holidays, and embracing the #WoofLife on our 5-acres just north of Atlanta. We rebuilt our 1910 home (which was quite literally falling apart), and it’s now where we live our happy, sometimes chaotic, dog-filled life.
