Mini Pumpkin Pies

Yummy, easy to make and sure to please mini pumpkin shaped pies filled with a delicious pumpkin and cream cheese filling.

Cook Time 18 minutes
Servings 3 People

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Oz Sotened Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1/2 Can Can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Pinch Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Can Pillsbury Premade Pie Dough

Instructions
 

  • Let cream cheese soften
  • Melt butter in a small container and put to the side
  • In a mixing bowl, mix your softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and salt until it's a smooth consitency
  • Roll out your pie dough and cut out your pumpkins (you will need 2 pieces of dough for each little pie)
  • Half of the pumpkins will need to be cut with a knife (this will be the TOP of the pumpkin)

  • Add a spoon full of the mixture to the pumpkin to the bottom piece, then cover it with other piece of pumpkin shaped dough
  • You will use a fork to close the two pieces of dough

  • Brush butter onto the pumpkin and add cinnamon to taste
  • Bake on 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
  • Broil for 2-3 minutes, then serve!
