Let cream cheese soften
Melt butter in a small container and put to the side
In a mixing bowl, mix your softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and salt until it's a smooth consitency
Roll out your pie dough and cut out your pumpkins (you will need 2 pieces of dough for each little pie)
Half of the pumpkins will need to be cut with a knife (this will be the TOP of the pumpkin)
Add a spoon full of the mixture to the pumpkin to the bottom piece, then cover it with other piece of pumpkin shaped dough
You will use a fork to close the two pieces of dough
Brush butter onto the pumpkin and add cinnamon to taste
Bake on 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
Broil for 2-3 minutes, then serve!
