Mini Pumpkin Pies
Ingredients
- 4 Oz Sotened Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
- 1/2 Can Can Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Pinch Pinch of Salt
- 1 Can Pillsbury Premade Pie Dough
Instructions
- Let cream cheese soften
- Melt butter in a small container and put to the side
- In a mixing bowl, mix your softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and salt until it's a smooth consitency
- Roll out your pie dough and cut out your pumpkins (you will need 2 pieces of dough for each little pie)
- Half of the pumpkins will need to be cut with a knife (this will be the TOP of the pumpkin)
- Add a spoon full of the mixture to the pumpkin to the bottom piece, then cover it with other piece of pumpkin shaped dough
- You will use a fork to close the two pieces of dough
- Brush butter onto the pumpkin and add cinnamon to taste
- Bake on 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes
- Broil for 2-3 minutes, then serve!
